Can I have equipment delivered or collected if I am in isolation or have untested symptoms?

Yes, however this will be strictly limited to external delivery only. Please ensure all household members remain inside while our technicians complete the delivery into your garage or to your front door for you to take inside.

All equipment must be stored and used inside only (or a sealed garage).

NB Some bulkier models are not easily moved inside - we will discuss this with you in advance.

A reminder, as per the Hire T&C you are obliged to notify us in advance any members of your household are isolating for Covid-19, or have untested symptoms. 

What happens if I have booked a delivery and test positive or start to show symptoms prior to delivery?

Please notify us ASAP if you, or any members of your household, are now isolating for Covid-19, or have untested symptoms. If your delivery or pickup is booked as:

1. External  - Please ensure all household members remain inside while our technicians complete the delivery into your garage or to your front door. 

2. Internal install  - In most cases we will need to defer your delivery, or if possible change to an external delivery only.

What steps is Fleet Fitness taking when servicing hire equipment?

All equipment has been tested, cleaned and disinfected prior to your delivery. If you would like to further clean the equipment we ask that you avoid strong alcohol based cleaners as they damage the rubbers, plastics and seals. Are Fleet Fitness drivers & installers vaccinated?

The entire Fleet Fitness team is fully vaccinated, and following all recommended guidelines e.g. physical distancing and mask wearing.

Does Fleet Fitness offer short-term quarantine hire terms?

No, our minimum terms are 3 or 6 months (equipment dependent) and we do NOT deliver/hire to non-residences eg Hotels.
